Due to property owners’ and property developers’ focus on their core business functions, they have neither the resources nor the time to attend to the complex and sometimes frustrating process of Marketing and Selling of their properties. We are geared to undertake this function on behalf of our clients. Our aim is to provide a professional personalised service to our clients at all times. We endeavour to add value to the marketing and selling process by providing expert advice on pertinent issues. With the role we play, our clients will have peace of mind.
We boast several years of experience in our field. The Principals, Directors and Professional staff members of Sign and Seal are:
Marieta Kotzé – Principal and Managing Director
Marieta has more than twenty five years of experience in Marketing, Public Relations, Sales and Administration. She holds a NQF5 Administration and MPRE (Master Practitioner in Real Estate) qualification. For the past 20 years she has been extensively involved in Business with emphasis on marketing, selling and managing of projects. Marieta is well known in the market for her professionalism, excellent service to her clients and focus on her business.
Philip Kotzé – Principal and Financial and Operations Director
Philip is a Chartered Accountant, Registered Auditor, Master Tax Practitioner and Master Practitioner in Real Estate (NQF5). He holds a MCom(Tax), CA(SA), MTP(SA), Adv Dip(CFP), MPRE qualification. He has been practising in the real estate and financial field for more than twelve years and has previously been involved with property financial and asset management at a prominent South African financial institution. Philip has a passion for the industry and as a young professional, he is looking forward to a long term involvement with clients.
Professional Staff Members
The professional staff members of Sign and Seal include Real Estate Consultants, all of whom are qualified/partly qualified in their respective fields. Staff members are trained to perform at the highest levels of professional standards and quality. Customer service satisfaction is the most important factor of our professional staff members and they will at all times endeavour to provide a professional and personalised service to our clients.
